This technology is called augmented reality, it show us informations that are saved in some places or some pictures.

It's not too hard to get something like that.. All you need is:
1. A Computer that has a good specification to design the animation or picture
2. A software to make an augmented reality
3. A printer to print the card
4. A camera to see the final result...
After that you can make something big like this ...
